Allegro has launched the Ukrainian version of the website

Allegro has released a Ukrainian version of the interface, the company said. Soon, the new language version will also be available in applications for iOS and Android devices.

“From now on, buyers on Allegro can conveniently use the advantages offered by the platform in the Ukrainian language version. Advantages for which customers, not only in Poland, love shopping on Allegro, i.e. the largest selection on the market, the best prices and fast and convenient delivery, including free Smart deliveries! to Start. The Ukrainian version of the trading platform is, on the one hand, a great convenience for an increasing number of Ukrainian citizens staying in Poland, and on the other, support for over 135,000 sellers in contact with them, ”said Marcin Gruszka, head of communication, quoted in the release.

Allegro also provides buyers with support in the Help / Contact section and articles in the Help Center (about 30 most important topics at the beginning) in Ukrainian. Customers can also contact Allegro via e-mail. Soon, the new language version will also be available on Allegro apps for iOS and Android devices, it was also announced.

Allegro is the number 1 trading platform in Poland. Sales are mainly carried out by companies via the e-commerce platform Allegro.pl. The value of products sold (GMV) on the group's platform accounted for approx. 3% of the retail market in Poland in 2019. Since October 2016, Allegro belongs to the funds of Cinven, Permira and Mid Europa. The company made its debut on the WSE in October 2020.
