Another resignation from Allegro’s top management team. As the company announced in the announcement, Damian Zapłat resigned with immediate effect.
The specialist served as a member of the management board and commercial director (Chief Commercial Officer). He will be temporarily replaced by Aleksandra Sroka-Krzyżak, who is currently responsible for human resources and strategy. Another important manager left Allegro in June. It is about Piotr Szybiak, who led the product and technology teams.
Investors apparently did not receive the information about the next staff changes. On Friday, on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, Allegro’s quotations fell by 1.6 percent, falling below the level of PLN 67. Since the beginning of the year, the company’s share price has dropped by 21 percent, with the WIG index rising by over 20 percent at the same time.
