Agora expects Polish advertising market to grow by about 5.5% in 2022

The value of the advertising market in Poland will increase by approx. 4.5-6.5% y / y in 2022 after an increase of 16% y / y last year, Agora estimates.

"Based on the available market data, Agora estimates that the value of the advertising market in Poland in 2022 will increase by about 4.5-6.5% compared to 2021," said Agora.

According to Agora's estimates, based on available data sources, in 2021 the value of total advertising expenditure in Poland amounted to over PLN 10.4 billion and increased by 16% compared to 2020. During this time, advertisers increased their advertising spending in all market segments, as stated in the management report.

Agora is, among others the majority owner of the Helios cinema chain, Next Film, a film production and distribution company, and AMS operating on the outdoor advertising market, as well as the publisher of Gazeta Wyborcza, magazines, portals and websites. The group also owns three local music radio stations and the majority co-owner of the trans-regional radio Tok FM. It operates on the book market, music and film publishing houses, as well as on the gastronomic market.
