Czech industrial investor Accolade has acquired a plot in Sulechów in western Poland for a 76,000 sqm warehousing park. The investment, which will cost EUR 60 mln to develop, is located off S3 expressway in the Lubuskie province, about 20 km north of Zielona Góra.
“This new investment, located between Gorzów Wielkopolski and Zielona Góra, where Accolade is already present with over 180 000 sqm of completed industrial warehouses, is a direct response to the high demand of tenants in the region. The location is perfect for modern business needs – the plot is situated on the S3 expressway, only 33 km away from the A2 motorway, and only a two-hour drive to Berlin. It is an excellent address for tenants doing business with Poland’s western neighbours or for having logistics connections with companies in the western markets.” said Michał Białas, the country head of Accolade Poland.
Construction work on the project is to start in H1 2022.
